Circulation Services: Scroll down for information on borrowing print or media materials

  • At this time all overdue fines accrued during the pandemic will be forgiven. If fines do appear on your record please contact Calvin Gross at
  • Lost book fees will not be suspended
  • Print material can be renewed online. The following link will take you to the page where you login:
    • Once on this page, you can log in by clicking on “My Account”. From there you should enter your Berea College ID number (including the capital “B”) and your last name. The prompt will look like this:

    • If you cannot renew online, please email the Circulation Desk at: You will need to provide your full name and student ID number.
  • Books and media can be returned using the book drop located in the foyer.
  • Books or Media can  be mailed back to: Hutchins Library, CPO LIB, Berea College, Berea, KY 40404


Students, faculty and staff who are working from home or enrolled in distance learning classing and not residing in the dormitories or Eco-Village can request print materials by emailing the Circulation Desk at: Please provide a mailing address so the items can be mailed to you.
