Hutchins Library has six individual Study rooms. The rooms are available to be reserved in two-hour blocks.
Individual study rooms are to be used by only one person. Violation of this guideline may result in the loss of study room privileges.
Facial coverings do not have to be worn while inside the INDIVIDUAL study rooms.
Doors must be closed while in use.
DO NOT block the view of the study room by moving an object in front of the door's glass panel.
Reservations may be made by emailing circdesk@berea.edu or by calling the circulation desk at 859-985-3364.
If the study room key is not picked up within fifteen minutes of the reservation, the reservation will be canceled.
Group Study Rooms
Guidelines for Group Study Rooms:
Hutchins Library's group study rooms are available to be reserved in two-hour blocks.
Facial coverings are optional if all participants in the study group agree. If a member or members of the study group request masking, that should be respected.
DO NOT block the view of the study room by moving an object in front of the door's glass panel.
