Architect: Frederick W. Garber and Clifford B. Woodward, Cincinnati, OH

Built on the east edge of the campus on Prospect Street just south of ARK House, this clapboarded. wood framed structure has been known as the Union Church Parsonage. Robert Hutchins, father of President William J. Hutchins and grandfather of President Francis S. Hutchins, served as pastor of Union Church during the years the Fee Memorial Union Church was being constructed. The large three-story house has served most recently as residence for the designated Campus Minister. A renovation took place during the summer of 2000. It is an asymmetrical design with full length open and sleeping porches at the back. The front stoop is open and gabled.
