This Library Guide directs viewers to spoon bread recipes and lore published in central Appalachian region cook books that are held by the Special Collections and Archives department of Hutchins Library.
You are most welcome to visit Berea College Special Collections and Archives. The cook book collection is available for use during Reading Room operating hours.
