Library Departments

Educational Technology provides knowledge, resources and support services for faculty that enhances and encourages existing, emerging and evolving technology used in teaching and learning for academic use. We administer and support Moodle, our Learning Management System, and help faculty integrate technology into their courses while assisting students in developing digital literacy skills essential for academic success and lifelong learning.

Educational Technology also operates the Active Learning Open lab with Tech Help Desk hours facilitated by student labor.  Berea students can come to the Open Lab during normal Library hours to use specialized equipment, software programs and active learning spaces. Students can receive help and informational resources on commonly asked questions regarding technology used in their classrooms such as video editing, graphics, and the use of word processing tools and spreadsheets during posted Tech Help Desk hours.
