Here at Circulation, we do so much more than check out materials to patrons. In addition to our circulation-specific tasks, we play an important role as far as library service is concerned. We are often a patron's first stop in their library journey, and as such, we have a special responsibility to be knowledgeable of all the goings-on in the building. As we assist patrons in finding what they need, we must always remember to do so in a polite manner. To this end, there is a Customer Service tab in this module with helpful tips on dealing with others professionally.
