Bruce Greene From the days when a single fiddler for many a country dance, to the dazzling bluegrass and country fiddlers of today, the fiddle has been at the center of Appalachian music. As you might expect, there have been a lot of fiddlers over the years at Berea College's Celebration of Traditional Music, representing the region with a wide range of repertoire and playing styles. Fiddlers featured in this program are Uncle Charlie Osborne, Columbus Williams, Albert Hash, J.P. Fraley, Lotus Dickey, Bruce Greene, Marion Sumner, and Luke Smathers,
