General DutiesReference workers assist students, faculty, and community members in conducting research in-person and via text message, telephone, and email. Reference workers are expected to be friendly and engaged as they help our diverse group of patrons find and use a wide variety of sources, both print and electronic. Additional duties include: light cleaning, shelving, shelf-reading, and creating displays.
