About the Digital Scholarship Department
The primary purpose of the Digital Scholarship Services unit is to encourage and support faculty and student use of digital tools and methods in research and learning through consultations, project support, workshops, one-on-one training, and curricular engagement. We facilitate the use of these tools and techniques to enrich the research, scholarship, and teaching of Berea faculty; and to equip Berea students with the critical literacies and technical skills necessary to enhance their liberal arts education within a 21st-century context. As part of Hutchins library, we collaborate with students and faculty to develop digital literacy across multiple disciplines and modalities.
