This module is devoted to the things Circulation does that don't quite fit into any other category. The first two tabs deal with special items that we check out. The third tab details the process of creating an InterLibrary Loan account and requesting loans. The fourth tab describes what to do when an item is lost or missing.
The fifth is a special training module. Typically, only three to four Circulation workers learn how to put new items on the New Books shelf. This prevents too many cooks from spoiling the broth (i.e. This prevents the new book process being done incorrectly).
The final tab is a short video on using the library's telephone system properly.
