Work-Life Integration: A Reflective Report of Personal Experiences and Social Facts (15%)

Writing a description and explanation of key aspects about Work-Life Integration prompts one to draw upon their thoughts and experiences (noting micro, meso and macro levels).   Apply in your analysis, a synthesis of concepts we are studying about work, organizations, and occupations. Being successful on this documented research report will depend on the following:

  • crafting a working thesis
  • conveying key issues and contextual points of interest for your reframing.
  • checking relevant details using library research to gather social facts about changes .

Requirements:  word count = 1100-1300, typed, 1.5 line spacing, with citations both in-text and Works Cited

(minimum six sources including our JWB and  LGB and TED texts.

  •  In class, share your brief but spectacular oral presentations (seven to ten minutes with visuals).
  • Be inspired to try reframing one’s perspectives and involve artistry in your choices:

Each life converges to some centre
Expressed or still;
Exists in every human nature

Writing and Thinking Process:

Sept 28th- Understanding the assignment, drafting topic with rationale, outline and working bibliography

Oct. 5th - Works in Progress – mini-conferences with Instructor (six to eight minutes).

Oct 10th – Reading Period –

Oct 12-17th – Conduct Peer Review (PR) outside of class; submit completed PR form with final paper.

Oct 19th   - Due! Research report (on paper) with PR form, in class; and oral Presentations (7 to 10 minutes).
