Identify articles that cite your primary citation

In the right hand column of the article detail page is information for other articles that cite your primary citation.  Reviewing these articles is the next step for locating materials on your protein.  Just click on the number to view the entire list.

In the example, the primary citation has been cited 45 times.

Identify a review article

To locate review articles, use the Documents that Cite list.  In the left hand column find the Document Type box.  Click on Review and click on the Limit to button.  In the example there are 5 review articles.

Identify addtional resources

Looking for more resources on your protein? 

In Scopus:

  • search for the author of your primary citation article
  • search the keywords listed on the RCSB Protein Data Bank entry for your protein
  • link to the materials listed in review articles
  • review the bibliographies of articles
  • click on the Scopus Web tab
