In this concert, Appalachian musicians explore their connection to the Scottish, Irish, and English ballad tradition, which continues to live on in the mountains of Appalachia. Performers include such legendary musicians as Alice Gerrard, Billy Edd Wheeler, Chris Brashear, Doug Orr, and Elizabeth LaParelle. Co-sponsored with LJAC.
