Find scholarly articles via library databases

Tips for successful searching:

1. use the fewest possible number of keywords, removing filler language

2. incorporate synonyms or related terms, strung together with the word "or", to increase the impact of your search

3. when you find an article that meets your needs, take note of the subjects assigned to it... and then search AGAIN with those

4. repeat the same search in multiple databases

5. when you find a great article, you can citation mine it (using Journals Available) to track down some of its sources
